Bon Repos wedding: all in one place
The best part about wedding in Chateau Bon Repos is that you can spend your whole wedding day there. Thanks to accommodation possibilities, you can accomodate yourselves and your family at Bon Repos and enjoy your wedding without any transportation difficulties. In other words – you arrive to Bon Repos day or two before your wedding, enjoy it as much as possible and leave the other day after the wedding. So you do not have to deal with any driving, transports from ceremony to the reception etc. There is also a smal chaple in Bon Repos gardens.
Why I like weddings at Bon Repos?
I have been a wedding photographer since 2007 and I really love to photograph wedding at Chateau Bon Repos. This wedding venue is very romantic and photogenic. All the views are beautiful – you can point your camera almost everywhere and the resulting photos will be great. I am talking not only about gardens and exteriors, but also interiors. The whole Chateau Bon Repos will charm you with amazing architecture, art and also comfortable feeling. And I find this unique combination very rare – although Chateau Bon Repos is very old and elegant, you will still feel like home, welcomed and definitely not overhelmed.
Sunsets at Chateau Bon Repos
There is one special attribute Chateau Bon Repos possess. And these are sunsets. For me as a wedding photographer, sunset time (time frame cca 1 hour before a sunset and 20 minutes after it) is the most beautiful for your newlyweds portraits. Why is that so? Because the light is very soft, flattering and elegant. Sunset light works as the most intensive beautifier ever invented by mother nature. And I can honestly tell you that taking your wedding newlywes portraits at Bon Repos during this sunset time is a golden ticket to the best wedding potraits. Just because the sunsets there are simply amazing.
Tereza & Jiri wedding at Bon Repos
Below you can view a gallery from chic & elegant wedding of Terka and Jirka who got married at Bon Repos in 2021. I am very thankful they chose me to be their wedding photographer. They arrived one day before their wedding at Bon Repos and stayed there till the other day after the wedding. Thanks to this they could enjoy their wedding day not interrupted by any driving or transportation to other places.
They enjoyed their ceremony outside in the garden. Because Jirka, the groom, loves to fly, they really did fly away right after the ceremony – and of course returned back a few minutes later for their reception. In the meantime their families and guests could enjoy their cocatail hour at the beautiful Bon Repos gardens. Then our newlywed couple was applauded at “China pavilon” when they made their grand entrance to their wedding reception. Wedding party followed later evening in the “chapito” tent outside in the garden.
